The ordinary list is in random order. Paid positions appear separately.

Mention the image date and current concern, and bring it to consultation. Its usefulness depends on the present findings. Earlier plans add history, while restoration scope and any further checks follow assessment of the particular tooth rather than an entry made at another visit alone.
Colour change needs its cause assessed. Mention injuries, previous work and when darkening began. Endodontic decisions follow examination; internal tissue care and appearance restoration are discussed as separate needs rather than drawing a conclusion only from shade or comparison with neighbouring teeth.
Space and access vary, so one tool may not suit every area. Do not force it through. Request a method and demonstration for posterior contacts, with clear area-by-area instructions so different tools can be used consistently at home to cover the whole dentition.
Ask about position, the reason for removal and required access. Partial visibility may involve different preparation from a fully accessible tooth. Discuss imaging and review; appearance alone cannot establish scope or make two procedures comparable simply because both are called extraction, without considering their actual findings.
The design must be maintained after it is made. Consider hand movement, sight and available assistance. Request an early explanation of the routine so selection reflects your abilities, rather than cleaning becoming an unfamiliar task only when the finished prosthesis is handed over.
Describe usual alertness, fatigue and previous visits. Ask about duration and whether work can be staged. Format depends on treatment needs and cooperation; convenient timing supports organisation but does not itself determine care scope, so discuss both timing and expected steps with the team beforehand.
